How To Apply For Coverage
  1. Microsoft Word is required for use with our applications.
  2. Select the application for each coverage for which you want a quote from the list above by clicking on it.
  3. You will now be asked to either "Open" or "Save" the application. Click the "Save" button to save the application to your computer. When the download is complete, click the "Open" button.
How To Complete A Word Form
  1. Position the pointer inside a form field and click. The cursor pointer allows you to type text. The arrow pointer allows you to select a field, a check box, a radio button, or an item from a list.
  2. To accept the field change and go to the next field, press Tab or use your mouse to click on the next form field.
How To Submit An Application*
  • Email:
    1. Click the File menu at the top of the screen. Then select "Send To" from the file menu and then "Mail Recipient (as Attachment)"
      Summary: File Menu --> Send To --> Mail Recipient (as Attachment)
    2. An email window will appear.
    3. Submit the application to the International Advantage team by entering AdvantagePartners@ace-ina.com in the “To” field of the email.
  • Print:
    1. Click the Print button at the top of the screen.
    2. Submit the application to the International Advantage® team by faxing the printed application to 302 476-6456.
  • Save to your PC:
    1. Click the file menu at the top of the screen. Then select "Save As" from the menu and name the file.
    2. Save the application to your computer as a file.
      Hint: If you save the completed application to your computer, you can submit it to International Advantage by opening the file and following the steps outlined above in “email while online”.
  • Applications will only be accepted from duly authorized agents and brokers. International Advantage® products are for sale only in the U.S. for foreign exposures.

*For Foreign Supplier Liability InsuranceSM, submit the application to your regional ACE Custom Casualty or Foreign Casualty Underwriter
